"Checkout was alright, I guess"
Ordering went okay overall, though I’m not sure if it was just my connection or the site itself, but checkout felt a little slow. One of the pages took longer than I expected to load, which made me wonder if something had gone wrong. I did get through it in the end, so it wasn’t a huge issue, just not the smoothest experience.

The box came really neat and packed well, like really well. Nothing was crushed or damaged at all, which I definitely appreciated

"Something felt off with my order"
The seeds showed up quickly, which I appreciated, but two of the packs weren’t the ones I ordered. I can’t really put my finger on it, but it just kind of took the excitement out of it. Definitely wasn’t the experience I was hoping for.

My snap judgment was that this was a way better selection than I expected. There were tons of tomato seed options, and I ended up taking a while to choose, but in the best way.

"Decent tomato products, just not especially memorable"
My order went through without any issues and the website was easy enough to use. The tomato products were fine overall, though nothing really stood out to me. Shipping took a little longer than I expected, but it wasn’t a huge problem. All in all, a decent experience, just average.

"Some seeds sprouted, but some did not"
I planted these seeds and the germination was just okay. A few came up well, but others did not sprout at all, so it was a bit hit or miss for me.

"Plants showed up way too late"
My plants arrived much later than expected, and when I opened the box they looked stressed and sad. I get that shipping live plants can be tricky, but come on now, they definitely didn’t arrive in the condition I was hoping for.

I had an issue with my order, but they handled it really well. The refund was straightforward, and the replacement arrived faster than I expected. It definitely made me feel like I could trust them to sort things out if something goes wrong.

I was hoping to pick up some hybrid tomatoes, but there really weren’t many in stock. Most of the ones I wanted were already sold out, so that was a little disappointing.

"Not quite what I expected"
I ordered these seeds based on the online description and they just didn’t really match up with what I thought I was getting, so I was a bit disappointed when they arrived and I realized they weren’t quite as described.

I ordered from totallytomato.com and the prices seemed fair. I checked a few seeds against other sites, and these were either about the same or a little cheaper. Shipping wasn’t ridiculous either, which is usually where some places try to get you. Nothing felt marked up or shady, so I can’t really complain. Happy with what I paid.

Got my order on time. Box was smashed though. A few tomato plants had broken stems. Looked like shipping damage to me. Customer service did reply. Not super quick, but they got back to me. Some of the plants are still hanging in there. So yeah, not all bad. Just wish it had been packed better.

For the price, these were a good buy. The seeds were cheap and they grew well. Seems like you usually get what you need with stuff like this without spending much.

The seeds came up pretty much as expected and the varieties all seemed to grow true. Only downside was the shipping took a bit longer than I thought it would, but overall I'm happy with em.

I really liked how clear the product pages were on totallytomato.com. The details made it simple to compare things without having to guess too much. It wasnt packed with fancy wording either, just the kind of straightforward info I needed before buying

My order did eventually arrive, but the shipping was slower than I was expecting. Not a huge deal, just a little frustrating waiting longer than planned. Did anyone else have the same issue with delivery taking a while?

"Backorder was a frustrating wait"
i mean, the part did show up eventually, but the whole process was way more frustrating than it needed to be. I placed the order and only found out later that it was backordered, which wasn’t great. The updates were minimal too, so I had to reach out myself just to figure out what was going on. Glad it arrived in the end, but the wait definitely left a bad impression.
